To cancel or reschedule, please email us at WhosFrankieOfficial@gmail.com with your request, no later that 72/48 hours before the event. If the client fails to notify us by email within the allocated time frame, we retain the right to retain 50% of the package price with 50% allocated back to the customer. Thank you
